WhatsCRM Hub — Multi-Tenant Omnichannel CRM Platform
WhatsCRM Hub — Multi-Tenant Omnichannel CRM Platform
A production-ready omnichannel CRM with a multi-tenant engine: WhatsApp Multi-Device and Business API, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, live chat, a RAG chatbot, Kanban pipelines, and mass broadcasting.
Project Overview
WhatsCRM Hub is an omnichannel CRM platform we took all the way to production readiness, including a multi-tenant engine so the owner can run it as a branded SaaS. It ships in two forms: an installed system and full source code.
The Challenge
Unifying conversation channels is more than gluing APIs together. Meta rate limits, long-lived WhatsApp sessions, tenant data isolation, and broadcasts that resume after a disconnect all have to be solved in the engine layer.
Scope of Work
- A realtime messaging engine built in Go on PostgreSQL
- Integration of WhatsApp Multi-Device, the official Meta WhatsApp Business API, Instagram DM, Messenger, Telegram Bot, and a live chat widget
- AI modules: a RAG chatbot trained on business documents and AI Insight for buying-signal detection
- A Vue 3 TypeScript admin panel with web builder and payment gateway integration
- Multi-tenant engine with data isolation, multi-business management, and Meta API rate-limit protection
- VPS installation to production readiness, onboarding, architecture documentation, and a marketing kit
Key Features
- Every channel lands in one central inbox with per-agent permissions
- The AI chatbot answers from the knowledge base while AI Insight drafts replies for sales
- Kanban sales pipeline, support ticketing, and contact segmentation
- Mass broadcasting, a link generator with CS rotator, and affiliate program management
- Automatic follow-up and upselling triggered by conversation signals
- Sales-ready multi-tenancy: plans, billing, and per-customer data isolation
Technology
A Go backend on PostgreSQL and Redis with worker queues, and a Vue 3 TypeScript frontend — a light memory footprint, ready for multi-region scale-out.
Outcome
Licensees launch their own CRM business without building from scratch or hiring a large engineering team, with the option of owning the full source code.
