SpotHub Web — Tourism Operator Dashboard: Ticketing, POS & Finance
SpotHub Web — Tourism Operator Dashboard: Ticketing, POS & Finance
A multi-tenant web panel for destination operators: manage listings and ticket types, monitor counter and outlet sales, run stock and purchasing, and close the books with profit and loss reports.
Project Overview
Most tourism sites still run split systems: tickets logged by hand at the gate, food outlets on their own registers, and finance reconciled in a spreadsheet at month end. The SpotHub web panel is the control centre that unifies them, so owners and managers see the business without waiting for a summary.
The Challenge
Revenue leakage in a tourism area is hard to trace precisely because the data is scattered. One site can have several gates, several outlets, and dozens of staff with different responsibilities — all of it must be recorded cleanly without slowing operations down.
Scope of Work
- Multi-tenant architecture spanning platform admins, destination owners, and operational teams
- Destination catalogue module: categories, atmosphere tags, location down to village level, and flexible ticket types
- Finance module: cash book, cash in and out, and period profit and loss reports
- Stock, purchasing, and stock takes with moving-average costing
- Digital wallet: balance, top-up, withdrawal, and auditable transaction history
- Granular RBAC across dozens of modules with five action levels per role
Key Features
- Fully configurable ticket types: adult, child, motorcycle parking, car parking, and weekend rates
- Every ticket and POS sale flows into the cash book automatically, with no manual reconciliation
- Multi-merchant and multi-outlet — orders stay separated per outlet even with a central register
- Affiliate and referral programmes with automatic commission calculation
- Real-time analytics dashboard and sales reporting
- Each role sees only the menus it is responsible for
Technology
A multi-tenant web panel sharing one real-time data source with the internal team app and the traveler app.
Outcome
Operators no longer wait for month end to understand their business: ticket revenue, outlet sales, and operating costs read from one place, traceable down to the individual transaction.
