Project Overview

Tourism operations happen on the ground: at the counter, at the gate, in the food stalls, and in the kitchen. The SpotHub internal app was designed for staff who stand all day — fast, forgiving of mis-taps, and wired straight into the central system.

The Challenge

The queue at the gate must not slow down because of software. Validation has to finish in a single scan, group tickets need to be handled at once, and every transaction still has to be recorded for reconciliation.

Scope of Work

• Counter module: on-site ticket sales with cash or QRIS payment and receipt printing
• Gate module: QR scan validation with per-group or per-person modes
• Outlet register: table and floor plan management, cashier sessions with shift open and close
• Kitchen order display and a QR self-order flow from the guest table
• Warehouse module: stock, purchasing, and stock takes performed on the device
• Role-based access for gate staff, counter cashiers, outlet cashiers, kitchen, warehouse, and managers

• Ticket validation in one QR scan, printed per group or per person
• Vehicle plate numbers captured on parking tickets, making reconciliation far cleaner
• Per-shift cashier sessions, so cash differences surface at shift close, not at month end
• Orders stay separated per outlet even when the register is centralised
• Stock and stock takes use moving-average costing
• Every staff member sees only the menus they are responsible for

A mobile app sharing one real-time data source with the SpotHub web panel and the traveler app.

Outcome

Counter sales, gate validation, and outlet transactions hit the same system instantly, so revenue discrepancies can be traced the same day rather than long after the fact.
