Project Overview

We built Pasarsafe POS as a complete business management ecosystem rather than a digital cash register. One platform covers sales, inventory, pricing, promotions, and staffing, so shop, restaurant, and small-business owners no longer stitch several tools together.

The Challenge

Most POS products stop at the transaction. The moment a business introduces wholesale tiers, bundle pricing, or sells one product in several units, the system breaks and staff fall back to manual records.

Scope of Work

• Workflow analysis across the register, warehouse, and payroll with the business owner
• Data model design for tiered pricing, derived units, and promotion rules
• Development of the POS, inventory, customer, reporting, and HRM modules
• Multi-tenant architecture so the system can be resold as a subscription
• Documentation, installation, and hands-on production rollout

Technology

Laravel for the backend and API, Vue.js for a responsive register interface, and MySQL as the transactional database.

Outcome

The client runs the system for their own business and licenses it to other merchants, with pricing and promotion rules fully configurable without touching code.
