Project Overview

HaloBengkel is a web platform auto workshops use to run the whole day from one screen: taking in service orders, assigning work to mechanics, billing at the register, keeping parts stock accurate, and calculating salaries and team bonuses. A single account can cover many branches and many warehouses at once. The product site lives at halobengkel.com, while the workshop panel itself is served from account.halobengkel.com.

The Challenge

Workshops usually juggle separate tools: paper tickets for service, a register app for sales, and a notebook for stock. Customer vehicle history ends up scattered, parts leave the shelf without being deducted, and the owner never really knows which mechanic is productive.

Scope of Work

• Mapping the workshop flow from vehicle check-in to a fully paid invoice
• Designing an operational dashboard for multiple branches and warehouses
• Building the service, inventory, register, CRM, HR, and reporting modules
• A mechanic task board with work timers plus target and bonus calculation
• A paid warranty module with its claim, billing, and remittance flow
• Integration with the customer app for online booking and notifications

Technology

Laravel as a single central API, Vue 3 for the workshop dashboard and super admin panel, MySQL for storage, a job queue for WhatsApp and push notifications, and payment gateways for subscriptions.

Outcome

The workshop runs everything from one system: every vehicle keeps a clean history, stock is deducted automatically on each invoice, and owners can compare branches and mechanics without rebuilding a spreadsheet every month.
