Project Overview

The HaloBengkel companion app for vehicle owners. Every car and motorcycle lives in one digital garage together with its service history, maintenance reminders, cost records, and a direct line to partner workshops. The same app serves company drivers once fleet mode is switched on. It is published on Google Play under the package com.halo.bengkel.

The Challenge

Vehicle owners rarely keep their service receipts, routinely miss the next maintenance date, and have no idea what their vehicle costs per month. Workshops, meanwhile, struggle to reach past customers again because they own no channel of their own.

Scope of Work

• Designing onboarding from a phone number to the first saved vehicle
• Building the digital garage plus vehicle access sharing between family members
• Cost tracking modules: fuel, expenses, income, and trips
• A partner workshop storefront with cart, addresses, checkout, and payment
• Membership, warranty, vehicle inspection, and roadside assistance modules
• Fleet mode for company drivers with assignments and notifications

Technology

Flutter for the Android app, connected to the same Laravel API that powers the workshop dashboard, with push notifications for reminders and order status.

Outcome

Owners finally have one place for their vehicle history and running costs, while workshops gain a direct channel for reminders, promotions, and repeat bookings without paying for ads.
