Project Overview

CSHub is a SaaS product we built and operate ourselves at cshub.id. The problem it answers is specific: chats arrive across many channels, orders get logged in spreadsheets, follow-ups slip through the cracks, and landing pages live on someone else platform. CSHub folds all of it into one workflow.

The Challenge

Small businesses do not have a team answering chats all day. What they need is not a keyword bot but an agent that truly understands the catalogue, can calculate shipping, and can close a sale without handing off to a human.

Scope of Work

• An omnichannel inbox: WhatsApp Cloud API, WhatsApp Unofficial, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, and a LiveChat widget
• A RAG-powered AI Agent trained on the merchant product catalogue and knowledge base
• CRM modules: a Kanban pipeline with forecasting, prioritised support tickets, and SLA escalation
• A full online store: product variants, tiered pricing, real-time stock, checkout, and payment gateways
• Marketing tooling: cross-channel mass broadcasts, page and bio-link builders, a form builder, and a link shortener with conversion tracking
• SaaS operations: subscription plans, trials, customer onboarding, and real-time reporting

A free seven-day trial with no credit card, then Starter, Migration, and Business plans with 20% off annual billing. Customer data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.

Outcome

More than 50 small businesses joined the early access programme, over 100,000 messages were sent during the beta, and average setup time stayed under ten minutes with onboarding support.
