The mobile side of CSHub grew out of how small business owners actually work: they run the business from a phone, not a desk. The app brings the inbox, sales numbers, and critical alerts to the screen they open most.

The Challenge

A shrunken web view was not the answer. The priorities were timely notifications and a numbers summary readable in seconds, without draining battery or data.

Scope of Work

• Redesign of the omnichannel inbox for phone screens
• A compact dashboard with revenue and lead stat cards plus a seven-day trend chart
• A layered notification system covering four business-critical events
• Realtime synchronisation with the CSHub platform
• Beta release for iOS 14+ and Android 8+, free for active subscribers
