One Platform to Sell and Run Courses

LMS Hub is a learning platform for an institution that sells its own courses. Two faces stand on one set of modules: a public storefront that turns visitors into students, and a locked dashboard where ten roles learn, teach, get paid and audit. The rating shown on a public course page is the same aggregate the instructor sees — there is no second CMS to keep in step.

Ten Roles, Permissions per Person

Super admin, director, chair, supervisor, operations admin, instructor, teaching assistant, marketing/affiliate, student and sub-user. Permissions are not hard-wired to roles: creating a user fills a checklist of modules against four actions (view, create, update, delete), and every tick is then adjustable per person. Two rules hold it together — a creator cannot grant rights they do not hold, and "own data" scopes are enforced in SQL rather than hidden in the interface.

From Curriculum to Certificate

The curriculum builder arranges reorderable sections and lessons carrying video, rich text, PDF or embeds. Any lesson can be flagged a free preview and plays on the public page without an account. The course player stores the video position in seconds on the server, so learning continues on another device.

Assessment That Survives Real Life

A question bank with six question types, timed quizzes that autosave answers — a dropped connection does not lose the attempt — and assignments with weighted rubrics. Objective questions score instantly, essays wait for a human, and grades are held until released, so a whole cohort can be marked and revealed at once. Changing a grade after release goes through the one path that records a reason in the audit log.

Two Payment Paths

Midtrans Snap for cards, e-wallets and virtual accounts — its webhook is SHA-512 signed and idempotent, so a duplicate notification never grants access twice. Or manual bank transfer with admin verification, which is complete with no gateway account at all. One verification click creates the enrolment, the instructor's revenue share and the affiliate commission together, inside a single database transaction.

Live Classes, Certificates and Money

Live sessions through Zoom or BigBlueButton with recorded attendance, and recordings can be published as permanent lessons. Certificates are self-service: once the progress, score and attendance thresholds are met the student issues their own, complete with a public QR verification anyone can scan without an account. On the business side: referral links and a lead pipeline for agents, a commission engine, cashflow reporting, and staged instructor payouts (request, approve, disburse) — all written to the audit log with before and after values.

Four Languages, Any Currency

English, Indonesian, Arabic and Hindi — Arabic mirrors the entire layout right-to-left, not just the text. Currency follows one ISO 4217 code chosen by the institution. Default price, minimum deposit, instalment tenor, revenue share, commission tier, graduation thresholds and checkout timeout all live in Settings; not one of them is written in the code.
